Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Le'an Aliyah / Le'an Aliyah, operated by Aaron Rosenthal. Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Request a refund from your order details, or contact Paddle support directly.
  3. Or email us at aaronthal@gmail.com with your order email and order number. We will reply within 2 business days and help you file the request with Paddle.

After your refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to paid features (such as adding additional communities beyond the free tier) will be reverted. Data you have already created will remain in your account subject to our Privacy Notice.
